Optometrists

We foster good relations with our Optometry colleagues. We strongly support the idea of direct referral by Optometrists and are working towards this ideal for all types of cases. Currently almost all cataract cases are referred directly by Optometrists.

We are an Optometry CET provider and will host a Seminar at least every two months. Recordings of those meetings will be available to view in DVD format in our library. In the future we will also provide on-line training.

Other professions

We have regular interface meetings with local Social Services and other agencies who give support to our patients. Seminars and other meetings are planned for the future.
